I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61062777) which means I have met the national education, practical and continuing education requirements to practice therapy, diagnose, and treat mental illness in the State of Washington. I was trained in DBT in a partial hospitalization program, and have since been working in private practice.

I graduated from Antioch University of Seattle with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy in 2017. While Art Therapy will always occupy a space in my heart, in the course of my work, I fell in love with DBT and felt I had found my place. I have completed 40 hours of didactic training in DBT in addition to intensive experience teaching skills groups and providing individual therapy. I am working toward Linehan Board Certification.
